Procedure for legalization application
 Step 1:The document must be notarized or certified by a French notary public. If necessary, the document can be translated into Chinese by a qualified translator (http://marseille.china-consulate.org/chn/lsfw/renzheng/t1613803.htm).

Step 2: Send the notarized document to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs to have it apostilled.

Step 3: Submit the document apostilled by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Chinese visa service center in Marseille to request consular legalization.
